Li Xuefeng, researcher, is currently the vice president and secretary-general of China Railway Society（CRS）. Graduated from East China Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in electric traction and transmission control, and has been engaged in railway scientific research management and technical research for a long time.

He started his career at the Institute of Rolling Stock of China Academy of Railway Sciences Corporation Limited（CARS）, and after more than 30 years of deep cultivation, he has held a number of important technical and management positions, and was the general manager of CARS, and is one of the leading talents in the field of railway scientific research in China. Since serving as the vice president and secretary-general of CRS, he has coordinated the construction of academic exchange platforms, the construction of group standard systems and the training of young scientific and technological talents, and made important contributions to serving railway science and technology workers and supporting the high-quality development of the industry.

He has long focused on technical research in key areas such as traction, braking, axles, and materials for heavy-Haul railway rolling stock, and coordinated the organization and management of major comprehensive tests. Take the lead in carrying out research on the integration and innovation of the 20,000-ton heavy-duty combined train system, organize and implement more than 10 major national test tasks such as the comprehensive test of truck speed improvement and the comprehensive test of 20,000-ton heavy-haul train, and make important contributions to the breakthrough of China's railway heavy-haul technology and equipment upgrade.
