Mukul Saran Mathur

Mr Mukul Saran Mathur is an IRTS officer of 1988 batch. He has worked in various capacities in Indian Railways including Principal Chief Operations Manager, Principal Chief Commercial Manager (West Central Railway), Divisional Railway Manager, Waltair (Vishakapatnam). He has also worked as the Head of Asia office of International Union of Railway. He has wide experience in the field of conceptualization and finalization of key infrastructure projects.
