Sh. R N Singh, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, is IRSE Officer of the 1986 class. He has worked in various capacities in Indian Railways and different PSUs, including as Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi Division. He has a wide range of experience in the field of planning and execution of infrastructure projects and railway management. His areas of interest include PPP projetcs and Strategic Management.

श्री। IIT रुड़की के पूर्व छात्र आर एन सिंह 1986 वर्ग के आईआरएसई अधिकारी हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय रेलवे में विभिन्न क्षमताओं और विभिन्न पीएसयू में काम किया है, जिसमें मंडल रेल प्रबंधक, दिल्ली मंडल शामिल हैं। उनके पास बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं और रेलवे प्रबंधन की योजना और निष्पादन के क्षेत्र में व्यापक अनुभव है। उनकी रुचि के क्षेत्रों में पीपीपी प्रॉजेक्ट्स और स्ट्रेटेजिक मैनेजमेंट शामिल हैं।
